The USA is one and no control over nuclear testing in Nevada has lead to ground water pollution in Utah Nevada Some of Colorado and Arizona. That is a Fact another fact is the Cancer rates from exposure are off the map in those states. Hot area at the test sight still remain to the point that exposed items are buried there annually costing tax payers Billion of Dollars for our Governments waste. Sure that there are other countries as well poisoning our planet, North Korea , China, Russia, and parts of the Middle East.
