Ridiculous question, but…?
My friend is taking me with her to meet the Jonas Brothers backstage in a few months (long story)
It might seem highly unlikely, but do you think there’s a small, slight chance he would be interested in me?
In no way am I an obsessed fan, but he’s pretty cute. :) And I think it’s neat how he’s using his fame to help out.

Here’s my About Me on Facebook, if it helps

I’m Alycia [uh-lee-sha]. =)
My thanks for guiding me along the right path for 13 years go to God, Jesus & my family.
I tend to not enjoy mainstream subjects as much as older and antique things. My life is a roller coaster, but I learn to grow from each experience. The simple moments of life are beautiful to me.
It’s my dream to become a screenwriter and storyboard artist at Pixar Animation Studios one day. Andrew Stanton is my hero :)
I enjoy school and learning.
Stars fascinate me. Music is indigenous to me; piano keys have been under my fingertips for seven years and guitar strings for two. Singing is something I’ve always enjoyed.
Athleticism is very important to me, and baseball games are one of my favorite places to be.
I laugh at ridiculous things, yet venerate deep conversations. Get to know me well enough and you’ll bring out my inner child =)
I love my family immensely, and no matter what, I will always be my mom and dad’s lovebug <3

Anddd here I am

Oh, while answering, if you could please remember the saying ‘If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all" that would be wonderful. ^-^

Raging Bull
Raging Bull (1980)

IMDB rating: 8.40

Plot: When Jake LaMotta steps into a boxing ring and obliterates his opponent, he’s a prizefighter. But when he treats his family and friends the same way, he’s a ticking time bomb, ready to go off at any moment. Though LaMotta wants his family’s love, something always seems to come between them. Perhaps it’s his violent bouts of paranoia and jealousy. This kind of rage helped make him a champ, but in real life, he winds up in the ring alone.

If God inspired the apostles to chronicle their life and times in what would become the Bible…?
…did God also inspire Vanilla Ice to pen his seminal work, dubbed "Ice Ice Baby"?

Specifically:

"Yo VIP let’s kick it

Ice ice baby (x2)
All right stop collaborate and listen
Ice is back with my brand new invention
Something grabs a hold of me tightly
Flow like a harpoon daily and nightly
Will it ever stop yo I don’t know
Turn off the lights and I’ll glow
To the extreme I rock a mic like a vandal
Light up a stage and wax a chump like a candle
Dance go rush to the speaker that booms
I’m killing your brain like a poisonous mushroom
Deadly when I play a dope melody
Anything less than the best is a felony
Love it or leave it you better gain weight
You better hit bull’s eye the kid don’t play
If there was a problem yo I’ll solve it
Check out the hook while my DJ revolves it

CHORUS
Ice ice baby vanillla (x4)

Now that the party is jumping
With the bass kicked in and the vegas are pumpin’
Quick to the point to the point no faking
I’m cooking MC’s like a pound of bacon
Burning them if you ain’t quick and nimble
I go crazy when I hear a cymbal
And a hi-hat with a souped up tempo
I’m on a roll and it’s time to go solo
Rollin’ in my 5.0
With my rag-top down so my hair can blow
The girlies on standby waving just to say hi
Did you stop no I just drove by
Kept on pursuing to the next stop
I busted a left and I’m heading to the next block
The block was dead
Yo so I continued to A1A Beachfront Avenue
Girls were hot wearing less than bikinis
Rockman lovers driving Lamborghinis
Jealous ’cause I’m out getting mine
Shay with a guage and Vanilla with a nine
Reading for the chumps on the wall
The chumps acting ill because they’re so full of eight balls
Gunshots rang out like a bell
I grabbed my nine all I heard were shells
Falling on the concrete real fast
Jumped in my car slammed on the gas
Bumpet to bumper the avenue’s packed
I’m trying to get away before the jackers jack
Police on the scene you know what I mean
They passed me up confronted all the dope fiends
If there was a problem yo I’ll solve it
Check out the hook while my DJ revolves it

REPEAT CHORUS

Take heed ’cause I’m a lyrical poet
Miami’s on the scene just in case you didn’t know it
My town that created all the bass sound
Enough to shake and kick holes in the ground
‘Cause my style’s like a chemical spill
Feasible rhymes that you can vision and feel
Conducted and formed
This is a hell of a concept
We make it hype and you want to step with this
Shay plays on the fade slice like a ninja
Cut like a razor blade so fast other DJs say damn
If my rhyme was a drug I’d sell it by the gram
Keep my composure when it’s time to get loose
Magnetized by the mic while I kick my juice
If there was a problem yo I’ll solve it
Check out the hook while Shay revolves it

Ice ice baby vanilla
Ice ice baby (oh-oh) vanilla
Ice ice baby vanilla
Ice ice baby vanilla ice
Yo man let’s get out of here
Word to your mother
Ice ice baby too cold
Ice ice baby too cold too cold (x2)
Ice ice baby"

In addition, is the verse "word to your mother" a "nod", if you will, to Mary, mother of Jesus Christ?
Mrs. C: Dedication to nothing in particular, and a steady stream of Best Answers over a period of maybe a few weeks / months (I’m guessing). Not that it’s at all meaningful. I’ve certainly "contributed" to Yahoo by subjecting everyone who views these to a barrage of Yahoo’s advertising, but it’s no more worthwhile than yet another question about God’s existence or nonexistence.

Yeah, and it sounds like the same god, too!

Directions and cost from LAX to Camarillo Outlet Mall by Public Transport?

Least expensive (many hours):
Take L.A. city bus to Warner Center. Take VISTA (Ventura County) bus to Camarillo.

Best route:
Take Flyaway bus from LAX to Union Station. Take Metrolink from Union Station to Camarillo. Exit station on Lewis Road side (if platform is on Dawson side of station, use pedestrian overpass to cross to Lewis Road side). Turn left on Lewis and walk under freeway. Make immediate right onto Ventura Blvd. Walk on Ventura Blvd until you pass a Good Nite Inn and a mobile home park. Turn left into outlet mall.

Most expensive:
Roadrunner and Supershuttle both have vans from LAX to Camarillo.

StephenWeinstein | Sep 06, 2008

Yikes, public transport won’t work, and if it did it would be four hours. If you mean LAX itself, Roadrunner Shuttle serves Ventura County (just like Prime Time or the Others) so thats an option to get there. Or Try the Santa Barbara Airporter Bus to see if they stop there.
Homer | Sep 06, 2008

Take stephen’s "Best Route". But make sure you check the Metrolink timetable ahead of time, as the trains are not very frequent.
gomanyes | Sep 06, 2008

it depends what day you are going yes metrolink would work
providing you are going during the weekday (if its Saturday or Sunday it wouldn’t work
also it depends what time you want to leave the LAX area
(morning or afternoon (as there are express buses in the afternoons to
the Valley where you can change to another express bus to Thousand oaks
but lets say that you are leaving say at 10::00am
take the LOT C bus to the LOT c terminal go to city bus terminal
the board Culver city #6 pay the driver $1.00 (that 75 cents and 25cents for a metro transfer)
take this bus to Westwood/Lindbrook
then transfer to the Metro 761 rapid
then take this bus to Ventura/Sepulveda
then board the Metro rapid 750 pay this driver $1.25
then take the 750 bus to Topanga Cyn and Ventura
transfer again to the 161 paying another $1.25 take
the 161 to the thousand oaks mall
then transfer again to the Vista bus to camarillo
Whew!
